“What an amazing experience we had at Seasons of My Heart— from start to finish. Chef Kaelin is personable, talented, and knowledgeable. His team (Norma, Mago, and Alexi) made us feel welcomed and pampered. If you are looking for a truly unique and authentic experience, this is for you! I cannot recommend Seasons of My Heart enough!”

April 2026“My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our day with Chef Kaelin and his team! First we toured the largest market in Oaxaca, Central de Abastos, where Kaelin provided a detailed look into the sourcing of the wide range of vegetables, fruits and meats used in authentic Oaxacan cooking.”

March 2026“This was an amazing tasting and cooking tour for a fabulous price based on other food tours I have taken, this would have been the cost for the tasting part in the famous market or the price of the cooking school. You get to taste local items which by themselves would have satisfied my expectations for a good experience. We learned about local customs, fresh produce, cheese and a lot more. After we tasted the items at the market, we took a ride to the cooking school that has been a Oaxaca family run school for thirty+ years. The group was a good size, we prepared a 5 course meal that I would classify as fine dining and fit for foodies. You can find out what we made when you sign up for the tour. They also offer tours on chocolate, from how the beans are cultivated and hands on making chocolate products including drinks and candy. I’m definitely coming back.”
