Every Seasons of My Heart tour invites you to experience Mexico at its fullest. Each tour includes carefully curated tasting stops, offering a journey through the country’s regional flavors—from the iconic Oaxacan cheese to the sweetness of just-baked pan dulce to the most delicious Mexican mole.
Small groups, big enjoyment.
In small, intimate groups, our maximum is usually 12 to 16 people per tour, led by Chef Kaelin Ulrich Trilling. You’ll be immersed in Mexican market tours, authentic mezcalerías and Michelin-rated taquerías where recipes and processes have been passed down for generations.
