A day at SEASONS OF MY HEART
A private experience for you and your family, group of friends or culinary groups.
The day will begin at 9:00 am with a pickup at your hotel or homestay. After arriving at the ranch, we begin the day with hands-on techniques. By the end of the day, you will have gained a profound understanding of Oaxaca’s rich culinary heritage. Once the preparation is complete, everyone sits down to enjoy the fruits of their labor. At approximately 4:00 pm, our driver will take you back to town.

After the demonstration, you will enjoy a traditional almuerzo consisting of fresh cheese and local Oaxacan ingredients. Following this, your instructor will discuss the ingredients, cooking methods, and history behind the five Mexican dishes you are about to prepare.

Market tour & cooking class
We begin the day at Central de Abastos, we will walk through the market, a living reflection of Oaxaca’s rich heritage and agricultural abundance.
While exploring the market, you will enjoy different bites right in the heart of the market. We will be guided through the market to learn about ingredients and the diverse cuisine.
Following the tour, our driver will transport you to the cooking school, where we will begin with an introductory lecture followed by the hands-on cooking class.
